Who you are actually ringing
An Australian owned electrical company working out of Sydney. The work is done by licensed electricians and the business carries insurance, which is the least you should ask of anyone you let near your switchboard.
Most of what we do is ordinary work. A switchboard that keeps tripping. Downlights through a living room. A ceiling fan that has never been right. A renovation that needs wiring before the plasterer comes back on Monday. Some of it is Level 2 work on the mains and the meter, which only an accredited electrician is allowed to touch.
We cover Sydney, out to the Central Coast and up into the Blue Mountains. If you are not sure whether we come as far as you, ring and ask. It is a short conversation and it costs you nothing either way.
Nobody enjoys the part where the invoice is bigger than the conversation was. So we look at the job, give you one number for the whole thing, and that is the number you pay. If something turns up behind the wall that nobody could see, we stop and talk to you about it rather than quietly adding it to the bill.
When the work is finished, the labour is warranted for as long as you own the place. If our workmanship fails, we come back and sort it out.
