Jay is absolutely amazing!!! When I decided to install solar I was told I needed to upgrade my switchboard because of safety issue, then turned out I also needed to update our service main and the breakpoint! I felt it was a huge job and clueless what I need to do. I found a few electric companies to give me a quote! Jay, who is a level 2 electrician, came to visit me as soon as he could which was on Saturday. He checked everything and explained everything clearly enough for me to understand. The following week he provided me with a detailed quote including all the jobs he is going to do and all the products brands he would use. I googled the brand, they are all top level!!! The quote is so detailed and clear, I understand what he would do. The price is very reasonable according to the job he is going to do. He is even going to help me install my smart meter as well, which I thought I have to contact my electric company myself! Once we had an agreement he started to arrange my customised switchboard and communicate with my electric company! The time is limited. I was worried that the job won’t be done in time. Jay told me leave everything to him. He did everything exactly as he said at the exact time! They found some problems during the job, it took them some time to fix, which I thought I would be charged more for. Jay told me he would do it for free! How amazing he is!!! We thought it would be a one day job, but it actually costed them 2 days! Jay and Adam cleaned everything and kept checking with me what I would like to do and whether I am happy with it. I want to say yes, I am very happy!!! Thank you and thank you!!! Follow up review: After everything has done and I paid him, Jay came back on Saturday and put the same material( same as the switchboard) frame around the switchboard to cover the small gap. He told me he wanted to make it look perfect!!! I can’t believe this guy!!! He is just amazingly wonderful!!! My husband and I are super happy with this job. This is one of our best decisions!!! Thank you, Jay!!!!

Just wanted to reach out and thank you so much for the work you did for us. We used another electrician to do some data cabling in our house which ended up being a terrible job. The previous electricians work had gaps in the conduit and as such we had water leaking into the cavity and our aircon stopped working. We called Aus Electrical and Data service who promptly came out to assess the work needed to be re-done. They saved us from the incompetence of the previous electrician and had the job redone within a couple of days- the bonus was that they found and resolved the fault with our aircon. The quality of work done was outstanding, the rapid service and very attentive and friendly customer experience was second to none. Highly recommend this company for any job! Thank you again Bryce & Katrina

I have recently called Aus Electrical & Data Services to get a quote for downlights around my house, sensor lights on the side and entry area. Jahfar is very responsive as I had Jay come in within 15mins of contacting them. Jay and his partner were prompt and installed the lights today and I am very happy with their work - not only they check on what my preference, they have made a few suggestions that would suit my house. Even though the weather is too hot today - they did a great job in finishing the work and I am very satisfied with the results. I would not hesitate to recommend Jay and his partner to family and friends and will definitely be using Aus Electrical & Data Services for any future electrical or data work/job.

I used J and his team to upgrade my parents panel. He was honest and upfront about costing. We spoke about doing some outdoor lighting for the backyard at my place, I spoke to him about an idea and he came back with some proposal and images. My wife fell in love with these we discussed pricing. To be honest I shopped around and was surprised, J was reasonably priced but he and he’s team work was exceptional. Clean, organised, professional, polite and to the point. Absolutely recommended.

Outstanding and professional electricians with fair pricing. They arrived on time and even though there was an issue with road closures in my area at the time that I was unaware of, it was handled with compassion and a determination to get the job done.
